How the rate is calculated

The more you process, the less you pay

Everyone starts at 1.0%. If you already accept crypto, share your processing volume from your current provider, and we'll set a reduced rate on request.

1.0% → 0.3% — moves with your volume

Frequently asked

Pricing questions, answered straight

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The 1.0% is everything on the payment side — no conversion loss, no transfer or consolidation fee, no reserve, no markup on network costs. Withdrawals carry no Paymos commission — only a reduced network fee. The rate is the whole price on the payment side.

When does my rate get lowered?

There's no fixed cutoff. The rate steps down as your volume grows, toward a 0.3% floor — and if you arrive already high-volume, ask and we'll set you up at 0.3% from day one. We reply within one business day.

Can my customer pay the fee instead of me?

Yes. Each project has a customer-fee setting — turn it on and the customer pays the fee on top of your price. Set it to 100% and the customer covers all of it: you receive your full price and pay Paymos nothing.

What about declined or expired invoices?

No fee. We only charge on invoices that were paid and accepted into your balance.

Are refunds possible?

Not through the gateway — crypto payments are final by design. To return funds, send a payout from your balance.

Do I pay network fees?

No — on the acceptance side we cover the network gas when funds are gathered in, inside the 1.0%. On withdrawal there's no Paymos commission; you pay only a reduced, subsidised network fee.

What currency is the fee taken in?

The same token the invoice was paid in. If a customer pays 100 USDT, we keep 1.00 USDT and your balance shows 99.00 USDT.

Is there a minimum invoice amount?

It depends on the network — invoices too small to be worth the network cost are blocked. The exact thresholds are in the docs and shown in the dashboard when you build an invoice.
