Crypto payment gateway fees and pricing
Nothing to pay until a customer pays you: no setup fee, no monthly minimum, no reserve. Your balance stays in the token that arrived.
Standard
per paid invoice
Taken from the payment itself, in the token your customer sent. It rounds down, never above the rate.

How the rate is set
The rate everyone starts on, and what lowers it
Every account opens at 1.0%. We bring the rate down for merchants whose volume and invoice sizes are growing, or whose payments run on priority networks. You can ask for a lower rate on your first day.
Frequently asked
Pricing questions, answered straight
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The 1.0% covers everything on the payment side — no conversion loss, no transfer or consolidation fee, no reserve, no markup on network costs. Getting money out adds no Paymos percentage, only a subsidised network fee — less than the chain charges for that transfer.
Can I pay less than 1.0%?
Yes, down to 0.3%. No threshold unlocks it — we set a lower rate on request, and you can ask on day one.
Can my customer pay the fee instead of me?
Yes. Each project sets how much of the fee the customer covers, from 0% to 100%. The default is 0%, so the fee is yours; at 100% you receive the invoice amount in full. The customer always sees one total, never a fee line.
What about declined or expired invoices?
No fee. We only charge on invoices that were paid and accepted into your balance.
Are refunds possible?
A finalized blockchain payment is not reversed through a card-scheme chargeback. A refund is a new outbound blockchain transaction initiated by the merchant, not a reversal of the original payment.
Do I pay network fees?
Not on the way in. The gas for collecting your funds is already inside the 1.0%. On the way out you pay the network fee for the route you send on — subsidised, so it lands under the chain's own price — and no Paymos percentage beside it. Tron is the dearest route today; the exact amount appears before you confirm.
What currency is the fee taken in?
The same token the invoice was paid in. If a customer pays 100 USDT, we keep 1.00 USDT and your balance shows 99.00 USDT. When the split doesn't land exactly on a unit the token can express, the difference falls your way — the quoted rate is a ceiling, never a floor.
What happens to an unpaid or expired invoice?
Nothing is charged. The invoice closes, and the rate comes out of a payment — an invoice that was never paid has nothing to take it from.
